Each time I begin these episodes, I realize how difficult it is to verbally share my heart. When I journal and meet with God every day, a lot of ugly heart stuff gets purged – that’s how healing happens. So, I try to share as much as I can about my time with God, however, to protect people in my life and save a little face myself 🙂 I do leave out a lot of specifics. I hope you still see the value in this activity and begin doing it yourself!
We are free in Jesus, however, it takes work on our part to not fall into the grip of slavery and bondage to lies of the enemy.
