As a female athlathlete our nutrition changes based on the time of our cycle as well as the time of our events and exercise regimen.

We’ll discuss:

  • Heart-Brain- Kidney connection to fat
  • Pre and Post Game Fuel
  • Cycle Syncing
  • Health relationship with food
  • Applying truth to body image battles
Identity Beyond The Game

Who you are goes beyond your sport, that’s easy to say but hard to identify when the world around you sees you for the good you bring to a team.

In these sessions you will learn how to identify your gifts and how they contribute to your sport and to your overall life, relationships and successes.

We’ll discuss

  • Gifts and Talents
  • Likes and Dislikes
  • Things that come easy to you vs things that area a challenge
  • Loving your strengths and weaknesses equally

The objective of this topic is to help women in their friendships and love lives so that they are able to set healthy boundaries, apply their best selves and live life with compassion not triggered.

We’ll discuss

  • What causes you fear, anxiety and worry
  • Discovery of wounds within your heart and mind
  • How to deal with difficult people
  • How to understand your emotions and apply logic to them
Establishing Boundaries and Values

We will discuss setting strong values and setting boundaries to help protect the direction and goals you have for life.

College and Career Planning

Identifying gifts/talents and choosing college and career goals.
